Uncached input and cache-read volumes do not overlap; fill the ordinary input price when cache misses. Quotes should already include group multipliers and be stated 1:1 in the chosen currency. "Other billables" is the total for the whole workload (cache writes, tools, retries, etc.). Estimates exclude minimum top-ups, processing fees, taxes, FX and unfilled items, and do not apply to subscription plans; results are budget estimates, not billing evidence.
